InnerScience is located in Limassol, Cyprus and has been operating for over 10 years. Its aim is to provide clients with the appropriate means of recovery or maintenance of their health and well-being, through consultations and various programs on proper exercise, lifestyle changes, stress-management and yoga. The center consists of three departments: Clinical Exercise, Hypnotherapy, and Yoga Therapy. Services either rely solely on one of the three departments, or integrate the scientific aspects of clinical exercise and psychology with the insight of yoga therapy. Alongside the yoga therapy department is the IS Yoga studio which also welcomes anyone without health concerns who is simply interested in yoga classes.

Christina Vassiliadou, the founder of InnerScience and IS Yoga, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (U.S.A.), a Master of Science in Exercise Science – Clinical Exercise Physiology (U.S.A.) with a specialty in cardiac prevention and rehabilitation, and a Certification in Hypnotherapy (U.S.A.), all with the highest honours. While accepted at the University of Florida for the PhD program of Exercise Psychology, a health issue at the time changed her plans and led her further into the path of therapy through Yoga (a field she begun exploring at the age of fifteen). From that time onward, she has embarked upon an extensive study on Yoga, Eastern Psychology and Philosophy. Through her studies she has obtained yoga therapy and advanced teacher training certifications mainly under the Krishnamacharya and Sivananda lineage in India, and she has attended numerous workshops, seminars, and other courses in Asia, the U.S.A., and Europe led by internationally known legends and teachers of yoga.
She is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and a registered Yoga Alliance Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500).
